Grape Salad

Simple and light salad for Summer. with red and green grapes covered in a cream cheese

This Grape  Salad makes a wonderful summer side dish or appetizer

Serves 8 | 3 WW points per serving | Cooking time: 10 minutes |

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. red grapes
  • 1 lb. green grapes
  • ¼ C light cream cheese (room temp)
  • ½ C light sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp Truvia (sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ C pecans (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Truvia (brown sweetener)

Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, sweetener, and vanilla beating with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
    2. Fold in the green and red grapes.
    3. Gently stir the grapes until well blended.
    4. Just before serving, sprinkle the pecans and brown sugar sweetener over the top of the salad.
    5. Store in the refrigerator in a covered bowl.
