Simple and light salad for Summer. with red and green grapes covered in a cream cheese
This Grape Salad makes a wonderful summer side dish or appetizer
Serves 8 | 3 WW points per serving | Cooking time: 10 minutes |
Ingredients
- 1 lb. red grapes
- 1 lb. green grapes
- ¼ C light cream cheese (room temp)
- ½ C light sour cream
- 3 Tbsp Truvia (sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ C pecans (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Truvia (brown sweetener)
Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, sweetener, and vanilla beating with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the green and red grapes.
- Gently stir the grapes until well blended.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the pecans and brown sugar sweetener over the top of the salad.
- Store in the refrigerator in a covered bowl.
